Terms and Conditions for $300 Gift Card Monthly Subscription Promotion

THE PROMOTION This promotion is operated by Jones & Co
ELIGIBILITY 2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. 2.3. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ENTRY PERIOD 3.1. The promotion commences on 1.10.2024 and runs continuously. 3.2. Monthly draws will occur each calendar month.
HOW TO ENTER 4.1. To enter, participants must subscribe to both email and SMS communications from Jones & Co through the designated subscription form on www.jonesandco.com.au 4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. 4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. 4.4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
PRIZE 5.1. One (1) $300 gift card will be awarded each month. 5.2. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 5.3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 5.4. Total prize pool value per month is AUD $300.
DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION 6.1. The winner will be selected by random draw. 6.2. The draw for the previous month's winner will take place at the Jones & Co office on first business day of each month. 6.3. The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw. 6.4. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. 6.5. If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw will occur.
PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS 7.1. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter via email and SMS. 7.2. Personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy. 7.3. Participants may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages. 7.4. Winner's details may be published on the Promoter's website and social media platforms.
GENERAL CONDITIONS 8.1. If this promotion is interfered with in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion. 8.2. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 8.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. 8.4. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Australia. 8.5. This promotion is a game of chance under Australian Consumer Law.
LIABILITY 9.1. The Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize. 9.2. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
SOCIAL MEDIA 10.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. 10.2. Participants release social media platforms and their associated companies from all liability arising from this promotion.
