Australian Shipping

Our shipping rates are calculated on weight and volume of the order. 

Orders will normally be shipped the following day. 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing customercare@jonesandco.com.au or calling us on 0427 411 595 or 0458 601 922 

Shipping Times

How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at your address, however most packages will arrive much sooner than this!

Sale Periods

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, delays can be expected during busy periods and online sales due to the high number of orders received during these times.

International Orders

We offer shipping worldwide using Australia Post International.

Please note as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the item details and colour(s) of each product on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email our Customer Service team at customercare@jonesandco.com.au for further assistance. We aim to please and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

We guarantee you get the item you ordered and you get it in perfect condition. Our orders are carefully picked and packed before they are dispatched. In the rare event of a wrong item being picked or an item got damaged in transit, we will resend the correct item or replace any damaged product. Email us at customercare@jonesandco.com.au

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us.

If for any reason you wish to return the product you have purchased that is completely fine. You will however have to cover the return shipping costs yourself unless of cause the item is damaged or faulty.

We ask that you contact us and advise that you wish to return a product within 7 days of receiving the item. The item will also need to be in saleable condition and unused if you wish to return it.

Once we have received your return safe and sound at our warehouse, we will then issue your refund via our website using the same method of payment that you used to place the original order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges.

All purchases on Sale items are final unless the product is deemed faulty. In that case we will happily refund your purchase. However, no returns or exchanges are available on change of mind items that are purchased on Sale.

Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

All sizes and dimensions on the site are in centimetres.
