Shipping & Returns

Australian Shipping

 

Our standard shipping rate across Australia is $15 flat rate.

 

If you place your order before 12pm EST it will normally be shipped the same day, and any orders after then will be shipped the following day.

 

If you need something urgently then please contact Customer Care and we will try to get a faster method of shipping for you.

 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing customercare@jonesandco.com.au or calling us on 0427 411 595 or 0458 601 922

 

Shipping Times: 

How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at your address, however most packages will arrive much sooner than this.

The following is a guide to estimated shipping transit times in Australia:

Pick Ups

 

We have our flagship store in Bondi Beach and there are occasions where we have stock in store that is sold out on-line. We are able to ship from our store for a $15 flat rate. Please contact the shop on (02) 9130 7652 if an item you would like to purchase is sold out on-line. We are able to take credit card payments over the phone and can get your order out to you on the same day.

 

International Orders

 

At the moment Jones & Co is unable to ship internationally. We are working towards being able to offer this service and are aiming to have this operational by July 2019.

 

Returns

 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the item details and colour(s) of each product on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email our Customer Service team at customercare@jonesandco.com.au for further assistance. We aim to please and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

 

We guarantee you get the item you ordered and you get it in perfect condition. Our orders are carefully picked and packed before they are dispatched. In the rare event of a wrong item being picked or an item got damaged in transit, we will resend the correct item or replace any damaged product. 

 

Prices and Payments


All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Occasionally, we will offer special promotions to our customers. Such offers can include a direct discount, free or reduced shipping or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only or until stock lasts.
