Australian Shipping

Our shipping rates are calculated on weight and volume of the order. Here is a guide;

Up to 500g - $10.00
Up to 1kg   - $12.00
Up to 3kg   - $14.00
Up to 5kg   - $18.00
Up to 6kg   - $22.50
Up to 7kg   - $26.00
Up to 8kg   - $30.00
Up to 9kg   - $34.00
Up to 10kg - $36.00
Up to 11kg - $38.00
Up to 12kg - $40.00
Up to 13kg - $42.00
Up to 14kg - $44.00
Up to 15kg - $46.00
Up to 17kg - $50.00

If you place your order before 12pm AEST it will normally be shipped the same day. Any orders after 12pm AEST will be shipped the following day. 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing customercare@jonesandco.com.au or calling us on 0427 411 595 or 0458 601 922 

Shipping Times: 

How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at your address, however most packages will arrive much sooner than this.

International Orders

Due to Covid-19 and its impact on the air freight industry we have suspended International Deliveries for the time being. This is due to unsatisfactory assurances from carriers and the extreme delays in arrival times and frequency of lost parcels. We look forward to delivering again to our International customers in the future. 

Returns

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the item details and colour(s) of each product on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email our Customer Service team at customercare@jonesandco.com.au for further assistance. We aim to please and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

We guarantee you get the item you ordered and you get it in perfect condition. Our orders are carefully picked and packed before they are dispatched. In the rare event of a wrong item being picked or an item got damaged in transit, we will resend the correct item or replace any damaged product. Email us at customercare@jonesandco.com.au

Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions 

Occasionally, we will offer special promotions to our customers. Such offers can include a direct discount, free or reduced shipping or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only or until stock lasts.

All sizes and dimensions on the site are in centimetres.
