Australian Shipping
Our shipping rates are calculated on weight and volume of the order.
Orders will normally be shipped the following day.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing customercare@jonesandco.com.au or calling us on 0458 601 922
Shipping Times
How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at your address, however most packages will arrive much sooner than this!
Sale Periods
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, delays can be expected during busy periods and online sales due to the high number of orders received during these times.

International Orders
We offer shipping worldwide using Australia Post International.
Please note as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Returns
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the item details and colour(s) of each product on our website. Every item is handmade with care, so slight variations may exist between the photographed product and yours. We celebrate these subtle differences—they're what make each piece uniquely special! If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email our Customer Service team at customercare@jonesandco.com.au for further assistance. We aim to please and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
Every package is selected and secured before leaving our doors. If by chance we've sent the wrong item or something arrives damaged (it rarely happens!), we'll promptly ship out the correct piece or replacement. Just drop us a note at customercare@jonesandco.com.au.
Not completely satisfied? No worries at all! We're happy to accept your return (apart from sale items). You'll just need to cover the return shipping costs, unless your item arrived damaged or faulty—in that case, it's on us.
Please let us know about returns within 21 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, items should be unused and in sellable condition. As soon as your return arrives safely at our HQ, we'll process your refund through your original payment method.
While we don't offer exchanges, we're happy to process returns. Please note that all Sale items are final purchase unless faulty. We'll gladly refund faulty Sale items, but cannot accept returns on Sale merchandise due to change of mind.

Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

All sizes and dimensions on the site are in centimetres.
