Thanks for your review and we apologise about the mix up in your order. We thought that a swap between you and the other customer would be the fastest way to resolve the issue as you both lived so close by.
We did say if you didn't feel comfortable doing that we could certainly have the orders returned to us and sent out new orders but it would take a little longer.
We'll certainly take into account that this may not have been an ideal solution and apologise if you think we didn't care enough. We were just trying to think on our feet and find the fastest solution for both customers involved.
